Manganiello & Hernandorena y Asociados office has its seat in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

It has offered advice and rendered professional services since 1986, when it was established by certified public accountants Emilio Orlando Manganiello and Ana Rosa Hernandorena.

These facts and ever-changing times, which motivated a remarkable increase of the demand on multidisciplinary advice on the business and commercial markets, made it necessary the intervention of experts of the legal profession. Therefore, in 1994, it was decided that services must be rendered in collaboration with Emilio Orlando Hernandorena (Junior), attorney specialized in rendering business advice.

At present we constitute a team of professionals and assistants of interdisciplinary character, capable of successfully carrying out nowadays demanding requests.

Our services include the advice on audits, accounting, tax, and legal matters as well as their performance.

Agreements and treaties entered into with other professionals of the country allow the performance of tasks in the whole Argentine Republic.

The diversity of our clients (not only of activities but also of importance) created the need to adapt our fees to each particular case. At present, we have reasonable fees according to the profile and needs of each client.

Finally, it is wise noticing that, in spite of the professional responsibility that distinguishes us, we were careful in selecting persons of high moral and human quality in order to form a team of professionals and assistants of faultless performance even at a personal level.
